Do you need pizza oven insulation board? At The Alfresco Factory, we have the perfect product to suit your needs. The Calcium Silicate Board is an asbestos-free, thermal insulation material that can handle temperatures up to 1100° C. This means that it is perfect for wood fired oven sub floor insulation under fire brick tiles. It has low thermal conductivity, high strength, is lightweight and is easy to cut.

Whilst it is important to insulate the dome of your pizza oven, it is also critical to ensure that the underneath of the floor of the oven is insulated as well. Using the Calcium Silicate Board under your oven will ensure that the floor of the oven is well insulated, that your food cooks evenly and that your oven will hold its temperature for hours.
