Our DIY pizza oven kits are designed to make the assembly process as simple as possible, with no more than 17 steps to follow. Even if you have limited handyman experience, assembly is straightforward, with detailed photos provided in the instructions. 

The kit includes all the necessary materials, pre-cut and pre-mixed, such as a one-piece refractory cast shell, a one-piece front arch, pre-cut floor insulation, and fire bricks. With a 1m length of stainless-steel flue and cap, an oven door, and a two-piece tool set included in the kit, there's no need to purchase anything else to start using the oven. 

Once you've assembled the components, covered the oven with an insulation blanket and chicken wire, and applied the two coats of render, you're ready to start cooking!

No, it cannot. Our pre-assembled ovens come ready-built on a reinforced concrete slab so that all you have to do is lift your oven into place on your stand. If you are in the Perth metro area and have adequate access, we can deliver and place a pre-assembled oven on your stand for you.

You can definitely install a wood fired oven outside without cover, however it is essential to keep it dry and moisture-free to ensure it continues to work efficiently. When selecting a location for your oven, consider the Australian climate's impact on your oven.
If your oven is exposed to the elements, we recommend applying a natural-look penetrating concrete sealer to the external render after the curing process is complete. It's also a good idea to seal any porous materials surrounding your oven, such as your stand and slab, which may absorb water and cause your oven to become wet.

There are several sealers available, such as Crommelins Natural Diamond Coat Paving and Concrete Sealer or Dunlop Premium Natural Look Sealer, which you can purchase from Bunnings. Additionally, acrylic render products like Dulux Acratex Coventry Coarse can also be applied as a sealer, with the added benefit of allowing you to change the render colour without removing the existing render.
By taking these measures to protect your oven, you can enjoy using it for years to come.

Nothing at all! Both the DIY kits and the pre-assembled ovens come with everything you need to get started. If, however, you require additional flue or cooking accessories, these can be found in our store and may be added to your order.
